  • Not Fried Chicken® contain dairy, wheat, soy and coconut. While we work with very strict allergen control systems, we do use tree nuts in some products. We also use ingredients that are processed in facilities that use the above ingredients and comon allergens. As we are not an allergen-free facility, we cannot recommend anyone with severe allergies consume our products.

  • There's no such thing as free shipping, sadly! We aren't quite cute enough for carriers to deliver our ice cream for no charge, and specialized shipping materials and dry ice are costly. When you see "free" shipping, it means the cost is folded into the product price-- it's really included.

We ship Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays for delivery on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, respectively. Ordering cut off is 12pm CST the day before the ship date.
